We wanted a new adventure so decided to convert an old horsebox into a Cocktail and cupcake bar! Random, I know, but these are two of our favourite things!
Hire us for your event!
Any event big or small, we’ll be there to serve you a selection of delicious Cocktails and funky drinks! There’s a few different options!
Cash Bar
Cash bar - £150 hire fee for events with a minimum spend of £500. This is within a 40 mile radius (we can travel further, fuel fee can be discussed). You tell us the date, time and your favourite drinks. We will arrive with a fully stocked and staffed bar, ready to party!! Guests will pay for their own drinks. We have a card machine for speedy transactions.
Prepaid Bar
You tell us your event budget, we sort the rest!
We will provide prepaid tokens so each guest receives an allocated allowance of drinks. If preferred we can keep a tab running and give you a nod when you’re near the end of your budget! We can also start with a prepaid bar, then switch to a cash bar once this is used up. It’s your event, we want to ensure you’re happy 😃
Cupcake Menu
Here is a selection of our Cupcake designs, these can be personalised for you on request. A box of 6 Cupcakes is £12. A box of 12 Cupcakes is £20. Available in: Chocolate VanillaLemon and White Chocolate Banana and Biscoff (Two flavours per box)
Chocoholic's Delight
A moist chocolate cupcake topped with a generous helping of chocolate buttercream.
Cake me a Mermaid
Beautifully decorated Vanilla Cupcakes, topped with colour icing and chocolate sea creatures. Personalised for you.
Pretty in Pink
Moist sponge cake topped with coloured buttercream to create a beautiful box.
Flower Power
A 4 layer, Salted Caramel sponge, stacked together with Salted Caramel buttercream. Topped with fresh flowers, Strawberries and Bonbons.
Beautiful Boquets
A selection of flowers makes up a bouquet, including Sunflowers, Roses and Hydrangeas. These bouquets are £18 and include 7 Cupcakes.

Well what can I say but fantastic, there were some challenges on the day with the heat and other vendors but the cocktail and cupcake just found the solutions and got on with it serving fantastic cocktails all day long! How you managed to keep everything very cold is a credit because I understand the challenges well. Fantastic people, fantastic service.

We had such a great evening being served by the Cocktail and Cupcake club. Emma was so friendly and accommodating and the cocktails were delicious. The toppers were such a nice touch too 😊

Everyone had a great time at the staff party and loved the cocktails provided. Emma’s communication was so fast and efficient the whole way through. She was so accommodating and had such a variety of cocktails on offer. Emma even offered to included any other cocktails we wanted on the menu. We would definitely use again, thank you!

Really Brilliant night .The perfect addition to a 21st Birthday party. Emma kept up with the demands of a busy evening. The personalised drinks menu and the personalised drink discs were lovely. Many lovely comments throughout the evening on the cocktails. Thank you both.
